Leith Boully

Leith brings extensive experience from the business, government and community sector where she has a strong track record as a company director and in facilitation, coaching and leadership development. Leith has developed her skills and passion for assisting people to perform at their best through a diverse career spanning the public, private and not for profit sectors. Through this experience she has developed a sound understanding of the work environment and challenges facing people in leadership roles at all levels.
Leith is a ’big picture’ strategic thinker with a background in science and business interests in agriculture, water and human resource development she has demonstrated an exceptional capacity to quickly gain an understanding of new and complex industries and businesses that she becomes involved with.
Her present and past directorships include companies or organisations in water distribution and infrastructure, the media and broadcasting, research, agriculture, training and development, education and many high level committees including Ministerial Advisory Committees at state and national levels.

She has a number of current directorships and appointments including:

Leith has developed her coaching credentials through completing the 3 levels of training offered by the Institute of Executive Coaching which is accredited by the International Coach Federation. She is also accredited in Team Management Systems, DiSC and is and accredited mediator. She has worked with the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation to design and deliver a number of very successful industry leadership programs.

Associates

Rob Patrick

Rob is the Director of Farming MInds, a small business that grows people through self awareness and personal development. He is the former Director, Programs and Development with the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation (ARLF) where he was responsible for designing and delivering the Foundations’ leadership development programs for almost 8 years.
Rob comes from a farming (sheep/beef) and management background and has served on various boards, including the Australian Rural Leadership Network and the ARLF Board, the Australian Alpine Valleys Agribusiness Forum Board, the Mount Hotham Alpine Resorts Management Board, the North East Catchment Management Authority and Wesley Mission's 'Lifeforce' Suicide Precvention National Advisory Board.
Rob holds a Diploma in Agricultural Science (Dookie); a Bachelor of Arts – geography and resource management (UNE); is a graduate of the Australian Rural Leadership Program, and of the Executive Development Program at the Mt Eliza Business School. He is accredited to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the Emotional Competency Inventory and DiSC behavior profiling. He is also an accredited facilitator of GRID, a program that focuses on leadership behaviors.
In 2008 Rob was honored with the Outstanding Leadership Program Director award by the International Association of Programs for Agricultural Leadership.

Colin Hendrie

Colin is the principal of Outback Initiatives, a Perth based Human Resource Development organisation involved in personal and group development initiatives. They have been operating locally, nationally and internationally for over 12 years with a reputation for meeting and exceeding clients’ expectations. Working closely with their customers, they are dedicated to meeting their specific outcomes and pride themselves on providing specifically designed programs to meet these needs, as diverse as they may be.
Colin has designed and delivered a wide range of personal and group developmental programs in Australia and overseas. These are essentially experiential learning programs, focusing on leadership, teams, organisational development and adventure/expeditions for a wide range of industries in both the local and international, as well as private and public sectors.
After 12 years active service as an army officer in Zimbabwe and three years as a Special Forces squadron commander, Sultanate of Oman, Colin has since filled a number of senior management roles in the commercial sector. These involve chipboard manufacturing, international car rental, security and USA based software development with experience gained through working and residing in Southern Africa, the USA and Australia.
